The air flow is weak, I can only feel it about 10cm away from the device, so I don't believe it'd give coverage of 1.2m. I feel like personal air purifiers probably give people a false sense of security about how safe they are.

Excellent air filtration as regards the power behind it. The only thing is the buttons that hold the handle in aren't glued in so they pop out and can get lost...but excellent customer service afterwards when I pointed this out (it is best to glue the buttons on yourself if you have this problem). Also the unit looks really cute and is a nice talking point.

The Filter Light is Flashing, Do I Need to Change the Filter?

Like many other air purifiers, the filter replacement light comes on after a set number of hours of use. By default it will come on after 800 hours of use. In New Zealand conditions, your filter will typically last longer.

See below to determine when to replace the filter. To reset the filter reminder, hold the filter replacement button for a couple seconds until it flashes.

How Do I Know When to Replace the Filters?

As the filter slowly fills up with pollutants, you'll see it get discoloured from it's original white. Often it will appear grey or black. If you notice the QT3 doesn't seem to be providing as much clean air as before, have a look at the HEPA filter.

We provide an estimate of a 10 month lifespan based on 4 hours use per day in NZ conditions.
