1x Replacement pre-filter for Smart Air SA600 air purifier.
Please note pre-filters don't require regular replacement, just a clean to keep them operating well. However if you need a replacement due to damage, look no further!
Get your SA700 off the floor entirely. This genuine Smart Air bracket set mounts the SA700 to a wall or ceiling, ideal for clinics, classrooms, offices and homes where floor space is tight, or anywhere you'd rather keep the unit up and out of reach. At only 6.7kg it's light to mount, and performance is identical to floor placement.
What's in the box
Four L-shaped brackets and eight M6×60 masonry anchors for the wall. Note 8x unit mounting screws (M4x16) are included on the SA700 itself. Full step-by-step in the install guide below.
Fixing it to your wall
The supplied anchors are made for solid masonry, so the right method depends on what your wall is built from:
- Brick or concrete: use the supplied 8x M6×60 anchors as per the install guide. Ready to go.
- Timber framing (most NZ homes): don't use the masonry anchors here. Fix into the timber with coach screws or structural timber screws (any hardware store, not included). The bracket fixing points sit 570mm apart and NZ studs are usually 600mm apart, so the tidiest method is to fix a timber backing board across two or more studs first, then mount the brackets onto that.
- Ceilings, plasterboard without solid backing, or anything you're unsure about: have it fitted by a qualified installer. The unit is light, but a solid fixing matters, especially overhead.
What you'll need to fit it
Common to all installs: a screwdriver, a drill, a spirit level, and a pencil. A second pair of hands helps when offering the unit up to mark the holes.
- Brick or concrete: a hammer drill or rotary hammer (a standard drill won't cut masonry well), a 6mm masonry bit long enough to reach 60 to 70mm deep, and a vacuum or blower to clear dust from the holes. The M6×60 anchors are supplied.
- Timber framing: coach screws or structural timber screws to suit (not supplied), a drill bit to pre-drill pilot holes so the timber doesn't split, and timber for a backing board if your studs don't line up with the 570mm bracket spacing.
- Plasterboard or ceilings: fixings depend on the structure behind, so we'd suggest a qualified installer.
Not sure what your wall is made of, or want a hand picking fixings? Get in touch before you order and we'll talk it through.
For timber walls, follow the fixing method above rather than the anchor step in the PDF, which is written for masonry.
Genuine replacement E11 HEPA filters for your Smart Air SA700 These are the filters your SA700 came with: the maximum-airflow option that delivers the full 720m³/h CADR for spaces up to 78m². Each filter captures at least 95% of airborne particles per pass, including dust, pollen, mould spores, pet dander and smoke, and with the SA700's huge air change rate, your room's air is cleaned many times every hour. Sold as a pack of two, replacing both sides at once.
Serious odour and VOC control for your Smart Air SA700. Each filter contains 750g of granular activated carbon, 1.5kg in total when both are installed, which is more real carbon than any other purifier setup we sell. Activated carbon adsorbs gases that HEPA filters can't touch: VOCs from paint, new furniture and cleaning products, plus cooking smells, pet odours and woodsmoke. The carbon filters fit behind the SA700's HEPA filters on both sides and can be added or removed any time. Sold as a pack of two.
Upgrade your Smart Air SA700 to the highest grade of HEPA filtration available. These H14 filters capture at least 99.995% of airborne particles per pass, the same standard used in hospitals, operating theatres and cleanrooms, and are independently certified to EN1822. With H14 filters installed, the SA700 delivers a CADR of 490m³/h, covering spaces up to 60m², and the denser media means they last longer too: around 18 months running 8 hours a day.
The right choice for clinical settings, high-risk households, and anyone who wants maximum single-pass capture. Sold as a pack of two, replacing both sides at once.
A note on labelling: These filters were originally graded H13. Smart Air has since had them independently tested and certified to the higher H14 standard (EN1822), but current stock still carries the original H13 label printed on the filter frame. If your filters arrive labelled H13, they are the same filters, certified H14.
Meet the SA700, the most energy-efficient purifier in our range and one of the most efficient available anywhere. Designed for continuous use in homes, offices, clinics and classrooms, it pairs a huge filter surface area with nine quiet PC-grade fans to move large volumes of air without a large power bill. The slim aluminium body weighs just 6.7kg and can stand on the floor, or mount to a wall or ceiling with the optional bracket set, making it ideal for spaces where floor area is tight.
With the included E11 HEPA filters, the SA700 delivers a CADR of 720m³/h, enough to clean a 78m² space roughly every 16 minutes, all at 42dB and 12 watts. Prefer the highest grade of HEPA? The optional H14 filters capture at least 99.995% of particles per pass, the same grade used in hospitals and cleanrooms, with a CADR of 490m³/h covering up to 60m² in 18mins. And with two optional 750g carbon filters fitted (one per side), the SA700 becomes the strongest VOC and odour unit we stock, with 1.5kg of activated carbon in total. Either way you get sealed, certified filtration with no ionisers and no gimmicks.
We're proud to be one of the first retailers in the world to stock the SA700, and the only one in New Zealand.
