Why Can't I Connect to Wi-Fi?

Like many IOT devices, the QP Pro can only connect to a 2.4GHz network. It will also need to connect to a password protected network, rather than one where you login through an online portal.

Does the CO2 Sensor Need to be Calibrated?

The CO2 Sensor is automatically calibrated. This will work fine, provided the QP Pro is exposed to fresh air for a few hours a month. Either by taking it outside or placing it near a window.

If this is not possible, the sensor may drift over time. You can manually recalibrate it from the settings menu on the device.
