Freighted nationwide from Christchurch via PBT, Owens, or Mainfreight. Orders arrive safely on a small pallet with full tracking. Delivery is usually 2–4 days locally and 3–5 days elsewhere in NZ after ordering.

All Smart Air filters are packaged simply and sustainably. We use recyclable cardboard wherever possible, and plastic is only included where needed to protect the filter during shipping and storage. This keeps waste to a minimum while ensuring your filters arrive in perfect condition.
The Blast Mini & Blast are freighted nationwide from our Christchurch warehouse via PBT, Owens, or Mainfreight. Unlike our smaller purifiers, these ship on a small pallet to ensure safe arrival.
- Christchurch area: Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after ordering.
- Rest of NZ: Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after ordering.

Warranty & Returns
All products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, plus full protection under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993). We also offer a 14-day change of mind return policy if items are unopened and in original condition.
