Interesting but not perfect

Temperature and humidity measurements are wildly inaccurate by comparison with other tools I have for measuring these two things. I know you can configure offsets, and I have, but this is just treating the symptom not the cause.
CO2 and PM I have no means to judge accuracy, at least they give comparative readings so can see effect of: log burner (PM10 / 2.5); sleeping with window closed vs open (CO2); etc. Graph of historical data is nice for seeing trends etc.
Device has lost touch with app once so far, I had to delete and re-add it. Then reapply settings. Hopefully not a regular occurrence.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry your temperature and humidity readings don’t match your other tools and that you had a connection drop, that shouldn’t be common. Try updating the firmware in the Qingping + app as that often fixes sensor quirks and improves connectivity. The CO₂ sensor uses NDIR and the PM sensor uses laser scattering so you can trust those readings. We’ll email you soon with more info :)
