Why Can't I Connect to Wi-Fi?

Like many IOT devices, the QP Lite can only connect to a 2.4GHz network. It will also need to connect to a password protected network, rather than one where you login through an online portal.

Why Does the Screen Turn Off When it's Unplugged From Power?

There is an inbuilt battery saver setting which by default turns the screen off after a few minutes of not being plugged in.

However, if taking it on the go you may want to ensure you can see the readings. On the Qingping+ app, go into settings then look for the "Auto-off While Using Battery" setting and change this to the period you desire.

Does the CO2 Sensor Need to be Calibrated?

The CO2 Sensor is automatically calibrated. This will work fine, provided the QP Lite is exposed to fresh air for a few hours a month. Either by taking it outside or placing it near a window.

If this is not possible, the sensor may drift over time. You can manually recalibrate it by going into the settings on the Qingping+ App and selecting "CO2 Calibration" then "Manual Calibration" and follow the steps.
